Methodology: Build trust, monthly face-to-face consultations (1-3 hrs. depending on prearranged plan), a two-way dialogue is expected, unlimited access to coaching advice (no additional fees), develop client professionally by using scientifically based strategies. If an organization utilizes any type of leadership development program (ex: 360 degree) then my services will use those forms of feedback as well to better align my coaching with organizational objectives.
