Biographical Info
Harvey D. Steele lives in Baltimore, Maryland, and has also lived in Georgia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. He is a veteran of over 25 years in the business world, to include large and small organizations, nonprofits, and his own businesses. He coached many associates throughout his career. Harvey has navigated several of his own career transitions and started two companies.
Given the frequency and speed of change in the world of work, Harvey saw a need for coaching support for senior-level professionals who are making a change. He now provides this service through Reflections Career Coaching. To enhance the skills Harvey developed throughout his career, he recently completed Coach Training Alliance’s Certified Coach program. Harvey is also certified as a Job and Career Transition Coach through the Career Development Network. He is a member of the International Coach Federation. Harvey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Temple University and a Master of Arts degree in economics from the University of Michigan.
When not occupied with his coaching practice, Harvey likes to read, attend sporting events, and take road trips with his two teenage sons.
