Tri Tuns’ In-Person Customer Success (CS) Training
Jun 25 @ 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Is the pressure on to prevent customer churn and get more renewals, referrals and account expansions? You’re not alone! This is a common struggle for Customer Success (CS) professionals around the globe.
SaaS businesses rely on “customers for life”, but creating a network of loyal customers is becoming harder and harder as customers have more options and opportunities to churn. More options for your customers means securing renewals year after year is no longer just about your products. It’s also about the interactions your customers have with you and the services you provide to help them experience unbeatable value and success with your products.

It takes CS professionals years of trial and error to learn what we can teach you in as little as two fast and focused days of in-person training. Our training is based on 20+ years of hard work and experience in the field to provide you the key knowledge and step-by-step actions that drive immediate and long-term value, growth and recurring revenue.

How it works:
Open to the public – anyone from anywhere can participate, individuals or teams are welcome.

You get fast, focused and highly interactive classroom style training from 9:00 – 5:00PM EDT on June 25 & 26, 2018 in the Washington DC area.

You get an expert instructor with hands-on experience leading the training with lots of stories and examples to make the content come alive.

You get immediate feedback and recommendations from your instructor while applying new knowledge and practicing new skills during training.

Plus you get our FREE post-training bonus of 3 group coaching calls worth $900. Coaching calls are 60 minutes each, 1 call per month for 3 months post-training, to reinforce learning and answer new questions that come up once you get back to working with your clients.

Course topics include, but are not limited to the following:

Examine the roles and expectations for CSMs in enabling and driving your customers’ success.

Learn how to establish yourself as a strategic partner and trusted adviser for your customers right from the start.

Understand key processes and actions you should take as part of your CS playbooks before Go Live, at Go Live and post Go Live to secure renewals year after year.

Register today so we can save you a seat. Space is limited. If you register by April 15, 2018, you’ll receive a 10% discount off the regular price of $899.
What are you waiting for? Give your knowledge, skills, tools and confidence a boost and breakthrough the CS challenges that are taking up so much of your valuable time and energy. In as little as 2 days, we’ll teach you how to:

Lead customers through all phases of the relationship from initial contact through renewal year after year!

Significantly increase customer retention, referrals and account expansions by helping your customers experience a ton more value from your products and services!

Experience excellent relationships with your customers who will recognize and acknowledge your extraordinary value!

Be seen as the role model and hero in your organization for achieving extraordinary growth, revenue and customers for life!

Your success is important to us and your customers.
We look forward to getting to know you and earning your trust.
Tri Tuns: The global experts in Customer Success and Software Adoption.

Alexa! Optimize My Website! (DC Metro)
Jun 27 @ 9:00 am – 10:15 am

Voice search is the latest trend to hit the internet and if you are not prepared your business could suffer.

In 2016, Google told us that 20% of mobile searchers use voice search, and some analyst are predicting by 2020 more than 50% of ALL internet searches will be made through voice-activated technology such as Siri, Amazon’s Alexa or Google Home.

Does this mean that websites are going away? Nope. Voice assistants still need to pull the information from somewhere so your website may not be visited by humans as much, but it does need to be accessible to machines.

What is changing and will there be an even greater emphasis on search engine optimization and ensuring your information in the one “snippet” the voice assistant chooses to share.

Join us for breakfast and a discussion on this new technology to learn:

How voice search is being used today
Who is using voice search
How does voice search impact small business and B2B organizations
How to prepare your site for voice search
This event is free. Kindly RSVP as a light breakfast will be provided. Parking is free at the Rio in the garage adjacent to the office building.

Presented by digital strategist Nicole Krug from Social Light.Social Light is a digital marketing agency with a simple goal: to empower small business owners with the support and training they need to create a strong online presence. They specialize in brand strategy bringing fresh ideas for growth balanced with industry best practices.

All-American Networking Extravaganza
Jun 28 @ 3:30 pm – 8:00 pm

17th Annual Networking Extravaganza

Founded in 1992, Team Network has been a pioneer in the world of small business networking. The Annual Networking Extravaganza is no exception. President, Curt Kowalski, was the first in the region to bring multiple networking organizations together, including local area chambers of commerce, to cooperate in promoting an event together to generate more traffic and greater exposure for the sponsors and vendors. Now in its 17thyear, many sponsors and vendors will return for what has become “the event of the summer.”

On Thursday, June 28th we will hold the All-American Networking Extravaganza. It’s the perfect for an all Red, White, and Blue themed event. We will have décor, entertainment, prizes, contests, etc., all relating to good ole’ USA!

The main event will be held in the newly renovated ballroom, Rosensteel Hall in Silver Spring, MD. Supporting Team Network this year will be the largest and most influential chambers in Montgomery County. Also joining us this year will be the very successful and respected Catholic Business Network.

Award Winning Keynote Speaker – At 3:30pm, in a private room and intimate setting, award winning speaker, #1 bestselling author, and success coach, Eric Swanson will start things off.  For this part of the event, a free ticket will be offered to the first 100 people to register. They will hear Eric speak on the characteristics of the million dollar “Habitude Warrior!”

A Portion of the Proceeds to Support the Children’s Inn at NIH Families travel to the Children’s Inn from all over the world because conventional treatments have failed to have sufficient impact on their children’s illnesses—life-threatening and debilitating diseases such as heart, lung, blood, bone, and growth disorders, mental illness, rare genetic conditions, many forms of cancer, and undiagnosed diseases. In many instances, coming to the NIH is a last, best hope for successful treatment or a cure.

How The Children’s Inn Plays a Part The Children’s Inn tends to their social and emotional needs of its patients. At the end of long days of treatments and procedures, they leave behind the needles and doctors and return to The Inn. The Inn is a safe haven between treatments and hospitalizations, “a place like home” where families can stay together and find mutual support from other families going through similar circumstances.
