New Event Format. We are going to liven up things up a bit with a change for our next event.
Here’s how it works and the timeline.
5-5:30 pm Casual networking and food.
5:30- 6:45 You will take your place at one of the pre-arranged tables of 4.  Each person will talk for 2 minutes.  After time is up there is 1 minute to move to your next already assigned table.  Each time you change tables you will have all new ears and eyes seated with you.  At no time during this segment of the evening’s  event will you be seated at a table with someone you have already sat with at a different table.  Should you arrive after 5:30 pm it is okay, you will just take your place at your next pre-assigned table at the end of the present ongoing round.
6:45- 7:30 At this point in the evening you can choose to:
  • eat more, have a drink
  • network deeper with contacts that you have just met or already know or make a few more contacts while the going is still good
  • exit early or any any time prior to 7:30 pm
  • any or all of the above

And, don’t worry if you’re running late. You can arrive anytime during the evening.  We’re prepared for every situation.

Mr. Guattery represents public and private employers, both for profit and nonprofit, in all aspects of their employment relationship. He has successfully represented employers against discrimination and other employment-related claims before federal, state and local FEP agencies, and in state and federal courts and respective courts of appeal throughout the mid-Atlantic region. In addition, he has extensive experience in representing U.S. and foreign corporations and individuals in immigration related matters, including ICE audits and enforcement proceedings, NAFTA, international inter-company transferees, treating trader/investors, national interest waivers, immigration compliance and other aspects relating to the employment of foreign nationals.

Mr. Guattery graduated with a B.A. from the Johns Hopkins University in 1984 and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1987. He is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia Bar.
